SHIPPING POLICY
- As soon as the Product(s) ordered are shipped, we will inform you by email. If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you check your spam box and, if it is not there, contact us as soon as possible at info@amenomade.com
- You will be able to track your order by logging into your customer account if you have created one.
- Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated during the order process, it being specified that this must be the address of your residence or any other physical person of your choice, or a parcel relay point. Ame Nomade cannot be held responsible for a product that becomes lost or stolen at the time of delivery.
- You must ensure that you have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
- Order handling time is 1-3 working days
- If an ordered product is not in stock, we generally refund the order. However, we may deliver your entire order a little later than your selected delivery date.
- We sometimes need to adjust our delivery times if we are particularly busy. For instance, this may occur during the holiday season. You can find current delivery times on our website.
- We do not deliver on public holidays.
- The delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The usual delivery time within Greece is 1-2 working days. The time for deliveries in Europe is 3-4 working days and for the resto of the world 5-10 working days.Ame Nomade cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.
RETURN POLICY
You must check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the product delivered and, in the event of damage due to delivery or missing items, make reservations on the delivery note or on the transport receipt, and possibly refuse the product and notify Ame Nomade within 3 (three) days of receipt of the Product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a full refund. This includes:
- The original packaging
- The box
- Any items included in the box (invoice, sample, etc)
We reserve the right to return a damaged item and not refund you if the outer packaging is not intact.
For requesting a return, you must contact customer service through this email (info@amenomade.com) with the following information:
Fill out the form with your:
- Email address used for the order
- Order number (beginning with “#”)
- The products you wish to return
- The reason for the return and any additional comments

EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the same steps above.
Exchanges are only accepted if there is proof (image/video) of the defective or damaged items.

WHEN RECONSIDERING A PURCHASE
You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order and be charged just for the delivery fees. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:Returns can be sent up to 15 days after receiving your order. During Holidays (Christmas , Easter ect) the return period extends to 20 days
Cosmetics can only be returned if sealed and unopened. Clothing must have the price tag attached, and be unworn and unwashed.
Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box).For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.Please also return the gift to us if you return the entire order. If not, we will charge the purchase amount of the gift when purchasing, with the amount to be returned.Delivery fees for returns are non refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within14 working days.
